/ Method of Organization:
The General
committee of the organization is the highest authority and the general body
nominates the members of the management Council. The management Council is
solely responsible for all activities of the organization. All the decision
taken in the meetings of this body are made on the basis approval of majority
members.
The organization responsible management Council if any experience
person engage and decision make of regulation behalf of board of directors /
administrative committee. There are at least four/six meetings of the management
Council in a year. The main management function of the general council is the
co-ordination of resources- personnel; funds and materials and to approve the
yearly program plan.
The board is also responsible to develop the
organizational policy and procedures and implementing the same through the management
Council board and chief executive/Chairman. The basic roles and relationship of
various sectors of the organization has been clearly explained in the
organizational structure. The organizational structure has been concentrated in
three/ five different operational areas, each performing specific function and
assignment.
The operational
areas, are the accounts, administrative and program implementation unit. The
detail organization structure can be seen from the organogram diagram. But,
administrative and finance unit have linkage with the field office also. Under
the total supervision of Chairman, all the section/ relative department
implement the program/projects.
